New Era Property Services is a luxury single family and estate management company. We are very selective in choosing our clients and keep a small portfolio to deliver world-class service.
After an initial consultation with a prospective client, we identify all the property needs in order to develop an annual budget. The budget includes all forecasted services and expenses to be managed by the Account Executive.

Keeping these core services “in-house” also allows us the opportunity to fulfill last minute client request such as dry-cleaning pick-up and drop-off, light errand running and other routine housekeeping needs.
