New Era Property Services is a luxury single family and estate management company. We are very selective in choosing our clients and keep a small portfolio to deliver world-class service.

  2. We do not manage apartments or associations.
  3. We are not a brokerage.

After an initial consultation with a prospective client, we identify all the property needs in order to develop an annual budget. The budget includes all forecasted services and expenses to be managed by the Account Executive.
